In your opinion, what value does Relus Cloud bring to our customers?

Relus Cloud provides tremendous experience and expertise with Continuous Delivery in the cloud. We’re curious and prioritize staying up-to-date on new technologies and toolsets, which benefits customers and keeps us at the top of our field. The more we know, the better we can assist clients with obstacles, and that’s what makes us happy at the end of the day.

If you were a customer, what would you want out of a partner like Relus Cloud?

I want to work with cloud experts. It’s important to have experienced people leading you through hurdles that may be new to you. Our team knows how to resolve each issue and keep the project on track.

What do customers need help with today?

Customers need help with tooling, technology choices, automating testing, automating infrastructure and deployment. What works well for one organization may not be the best fit for someone else. It’s a matter of understanding company goals and connecting the dots to deliver quality solutions.

What are customer’s biggest problems when it comes to cloud adoption?

I see customers struggle to adopt a different mindset around creating repeatable infrastructure and not maintaining the same environments over a long period. It’s a shift of culture, habits, and processes, which can be difficult to accept for those who avoid change.

What is cool about public cloud adoption?

Public cloud adoption added a new dynamic to Continuous Delivery and allowed it to become more successful. I also appreciate the new services, such as Amazon Lambda’s serverless infrastructure, which releases updates frequently and continues to expand Continuous Delivery.

What is hard about public cloud adoption?

Migrating over old architecture into the cloud can be difficult. It’s important to investigate and make sure you have all the tools necessary to upgrade a system before getting started.

What excites you when it comes to technology and what Relus does?

I love working with new technology and solving complex problems. Relus provides us the freedom and resources to work with the latest technology and delight customers on a regular basis. I thoroughly enjoy working with the Relus Cloud team.
