The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Names Relus a Winner of the Atlanta 2018 Top Workplaces Award

Atlanta, GA – March 30, 2018 –  Relus has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”

The Relus leadership team prioritizes hiring elite talent and holding them accountable to the values that drive the entire organization. A few perks available to employees include professional development, daily snacks, community outreach programs, weekly lunch and learns, top-of-the-line massage chairs, company-paid Teslas (for overachieving sales reps), and access to the in-house startup incubator, 22 Tech Park.

“When you’ve built a team like the one we’ve created at Relus, it’s important to retain them and help them continue to be their best,” says Mark Metz, CEO of Relus. “We want everyone to be highly engaged. When your people are engaged, your customers, company, and employees reap the benefits.”

“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
